This page explains how to delete the data AD Partners holds about you, including data obtained from social platforms you connected. It fulfils the data-deletion requirements of the platforms we integrate with (including Meta).
To stop us accessing a connected platform and remove its stored access tokens:
Disconnecting revokes the encrypted access and refresh tokens we hold for that account, so we can no longer publish to it or read its data. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings (for example, Facebook Settings → Business Integrations).
You can delete individual posts, drafts, media and clients from within the application at any time using the delete controls on the relevant screens. Deleting a client removes that client's content, connected accounts and analytics from your workspace.
If you want a copy of your data first, an agency owner or billing manager can download a full export from Billing → Data & privacy before deleting anything.
To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, email privacy@adpartners.in from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please include your agency name.
We will verify the request and delete your account, your clients, connected-account tokens, content, media, analytics and inbox data. We will confirm once completed.
For any question about deleting your data, contact privacy@adpartners.in.
