This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses AD Partners. Its goal is simple: keep the Service safe, lawful, and in good standing with the platforms we publish to.
You must not use the Service to
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
- Post sexually explicit material involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in inauthentic behaviour such as fake engagement, artificial amplification, or operating accounts you are not authorised to manage.
- Violate the terms, policies or rate limits of any connected platform (including Meta, LinkedIn, Google and X).
- Publish on behalf of a client or brand without that client's authorisation.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan.
- Use the Service to build a competing dataset or to scrape platform data beyond what the features provide.
- Abuse the referral program — for example, by creating fraudulent or self-referred sign-ups to claim a reward.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure you have the rights and permissions for all content you publish.
- Obtain and maintain the necessary authorisation for every social account you connect.
- Comply with all applicable laws and with each platform's own rules.
Enforcement
If we believe your use violates this policy, the law, or a platform's rules, we may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate access — with or without notice, depending on the severity and any risk to others or to the platforms we integrate with. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
